Very friendly staff, who were courteous and not pushy at all. They definitely went the extra mile by doing an 'unveiling' of my car which I really appreciated. I was really impressed by Yaowen, Ken and Justin who were all immensely helpful throughout the entire sale. They were really professional and addressed all my questions and concerns without issue. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from BMW Nanaimo and look forward to a long-term relationship with them.

Along with Ben, I could not be more pleased with the entire buying experience (and shout-out to Charles at Victoria BMW who let me know about the vehicle I ultimately purchased).
